Tasmanian punks Luca Brasi have announced they'll be releasing sophomore album 'By a Thread' next March, celebrating with a national tour.

Following 2011 debut LP 'Extended Family', the album features 11 new slices of the band's trademark melodic punk. Recorded live over two weeks with Nic White and Lincoln Le Fevre at home in sunny Tassie, it was then sent off to be mixed by US veteran Mat Bayles (Pearl Jam, Isis, Murder City Devils etc).

With 'By a Thread' schedueld for a March 14, 2014 release through Melbourne's Poison City Records, the band will follow this with an extensive national tour with labelmates Postblue.
