Your name and what you do in the band?

My name is Brandon. I play guitar in I Am The Avalanche.

Steven Seagal or Chuck Norris and why?

Neither, your own (Australia's) Peter Graham. He would destroy both of those old fogey's. We got to meet Peter when we toured Japan. What an awesome dude.

What are you looking forward to the most about playing at the Soundwave Festival?

Watching Lamb of God and NIN everyday. And touring a country we have never played before with some of our best friends (Bayside). And also getting out of the cold winter in states.

List 3 essential items that you don't leave home without.

Latex gloves, spaghetti and goggles.

Favorite/funniest festival experience?

Favorite was when we played Bamboozle for the first time 3 years ago. We were still at that time a pretty new band, and didn't know what to expect. So when we saw a sea of kids going off and repping the Avalanche it was the best feeling ever. We hope to see kids over in AUS signing along with us at Soundwave. So if you know the words, make your way to the front and show us how you Aussies do it!

And if you haven't heard us before, come check us out! My funniest fest experience was when I visited the Minnesota warped tour this year. I got there in the early afternoon and met up with our friends in the Gym Class Heroes, had a few drinks. Then proceeded to try to get their bass player Eric too drunk to play before their set. It was really funny attempting that. But he's a machine, and was still able to function.

The best 80's movie other than 'This Is Spinal Tap' ?

"Nothin' But Trouble"! Its so overlooked. Chevy Chase, Dan Akroyd, and John Candy. Such a hilarious movie! Oh yeah, and Digital Underground makes a cameo in it.

Who would win in a fight, Lemmy or God?

Jeff...?
