On this day of Friday, June 30th, Syndey's Oh/Villain unveil their new EP, 'Pilot'. To celebrate the EP's release, the quintet is offering up a new film clip to the world for the EP's second track 'Constant', and we're very happy to be premiering this stark, black and white video this morning.

The 'Pilot' EP was produced and engineered by Rohan Kumar at Broken Sounds Studios and was then mixed and mastered by old mate Declan White (of Declan White Productions). The seven-track release is a mixture of infectious post-hardcore, churning metalcore breakdowns and heavy riffs, and has tasty melodic layers and sky-high vocal melodies aplenty. Opening tracks 'Heartless' and the previous single 'Preacher', alongside 'Constant', are all solid tracks indeed and kick-off the EP on a strong note. However, it's on the back half of 'Pilot' that you'll see Oh/Villain hit their confident, collective stride, with far more emotional and passionate cuts being delivered in the form of 'Find Me', 'Crow's Feet' (easily the EP's greatest moment) and the tight, neat sonic sum up that is closer, 'Alive'.

Watch/stream 'Constant' below and you can also stream Oh/Villain's 'Pilot' EP in full via Spotify or you can pick it up via iTunes.

Oh/Villain will also be the main support for caution:thieves's New South Wales shows tonight and this weekend. Suss the dates below and check out the event page for more info.
