More BEACH PANIC! More BEACH PANIC!

Melbourne alt-rock outfit BEACH PANIC! have shared the video for their brand new track Kindred today, premiering exclusively with The Music.

A surfy, west coast synth tune dripping with nostalgia, the group donned their best striped skivvies for the throwback vid.

"Tapping into the classic visuals we love of the mid 20th century, we wanted to create a simple visual feast that helps tell the story of the song through the contrast of light and dark," singer Tom Mitchell said of the video.

"Showing that you need a bit of both in life to truly make something beautiful. Life can sometimes make you feel vulnerable and in the spotlight, and sometimes feels like you're in your own disco."

Guitarist Daniel Marinakis added, "we did a lot of research into old school Hollywood film making, especially the lighting and set design to create a video that looks and feels like a well polished emotional performance plucked straight out of the late '60s."

The track leads their brand new EP, Ice Cream Tambourine, which is due for release next month.
