Jeffrey James Black shares his debut solo single today, premiering exclusively with The Music.
Dubbed Pizza Tray, the track sees Black work with emerging artist Siobhan Cotchin as a guest on the track.
"As artists we often crave recognition. Sometimes, the thought that maybe we’ll never truly be recognised or validated - the countless hours we spend on our instruments and the pieces of ourselves we pour into our music - can plague us," Black told The Music.
"But then I remember how just a few lines in a song have helped me through some of the worst moments of my life, and it’s this human connection that matters most. If my music can be like that for even one or two people, help them through a tough time or celebrate a victory - it’s all worth it."
