PREMIERE: Broads - Nod Off, Dream

Whoa, how long have we been out this Tuesday arvo? Melburnian singers Broads are premiering the hauntingly beautiful, perfectly soothing (and aptly titled) video for Nod Off, Dream with theMusic.com.au today, and it's a real struggle not taking a nap. 

With pitch perfect harmonies and simple but stirring close-up shots of the two ladies, the video's director Kelly Day says, "Nod Off, Dream is a darkly subjective song, and so the video became a nod to the nightmare-lit worlds of David Lynch and Peter Greenaway.

"Faces upside down just don’t look quite right, it felt fitting for a warped lullaby that turns the idea of a simple love song on its head."

The duo will be launching Nod Off, Dream on an expansive tour this November/December through the east coast.
