Things Get Weird On Tour With Jarryd James

"It was a weird night."

It was so nice to be home in Brisbane for a couple of weeks. I’m barely home or in one place for a long time lately. My friend Kenny Laubbacher came over from Los Angeles and took some pictures around my home city. Kenny Is one of the nicest guys alive.

I recently had the pleasure of joining my good friends Broods on stage for a few of their Aus tour shows to sing 1000x. We’re heading out on the road around the US this week for five weeks, which will be the best time ever.

I recently played the Bonnaroo festival in Tennessee and got to do a tour of the Jack Daniels distillery before we left. It's actually pretty amazing to see how it's made from start to finish, and they bottled this one for me which I will probably never actually drink. It's a cool memento from that trip.

Hobbiton, Matamata, NZ. This picture literally has no filter on it:

Me and my friend Ray playing music in New York:

Ray used to play in an awesome Mariachi band. We are both addicted to chow mein noodles.

It was a weird night.

Any time I'm at a place where they get all the artists to write their name on the walls; I have given myself the personal challenge of seeing how small I can write mine... This is a poor effort, but it was a huge pen.
