When did you start making music and why? We started gigging on the promise of dodgy inner-city clubs letting our underage band roll on their sticky floors, way back when you were allowed to smoke inside. Way too long ago.

Sum up your musical sound in four words? Pretty heavy, heaps sad.

If you could support any band in the world — past or present — who would it be? Underage Corpus at the Mandarin Club back in the day and tell us to cut our hair and quit smoking.

If you could only listen to one album forevermore, what would it be and why? Juturna by Circa Survive. That album is beautiful and timeless in my eyes.

Greatest rock'n'roll moment of your career to date? I recently got an email from a colleague at my day job in which he expressed that he hoped I was having a "rocking" day. I considered scalding my face under the company 'zip' tap.

Why should people come and see your band? Keiron is easy on the eyes and I flail my arms around a lot.

When and where for your next gig? 25 Jul, Blood Sweat & Beers at Factory Theatre.
