The Event: Brewtality Festival 2016.

Why should punters visit you? 55 bands, five stages, three venues, two cities = one epic event on the Australian music calendar! Always killer bands, kick arse sound, and such an awesome day!

What's the history of the event? Brewtality has been running for several years now, with the last three in Melbourne selling out. Last year the festival beat the all-time bar taking records at both The Tote and The Bendigo hotels.

Any advice for first timers who want to visit the event? It's always a great day, loads of Australia's greatest bands, so be good and have way too much fun!

Who's performing this time around? Melbourne: Fireballs, Dreadnaught, Orpheus Omega, Heaven The Axe, Southeast Desert Metal, Frankenbok and more. Sydney: Celibate Rifles, Fireballs, Darker Half, Heaven The Axe, Southeast Desert Metal, Hobo Magic and more.

Do you have any plans for the event in the future? This is our first year in Sydney and hopefully it's a success for all involved. We'd like to continue into other cities in Australia in following years.

When and where for your next event? Melbourne, Sat 6 Aug, The Tote and The Bendigo hotels. Sydney, Sat 13 Aug, Factory Theatre.
