Which festivals can we find you at? Queenscliff Music Festival 2018.

Sum up in five words your typical festival season experience. Travel. Soundcheck. Greenroom. Show. Travel.

What’s the weirdest thing you’ve seen at a festival? A skeleton getting wheeled out of a hearse through my own eyes.

Name your top five essentials you can’t live without while on the festival circuit? A bowl of pho, anywhere. Water. Transport. A Bed. A cold can of IPA.

What’s been your favourite backstage moment during a festival? I had a reasonably in-depth conversation with Wayne Coyne (Flaming Lips) once backstage at Falls. He was nice.

What are your festivalgoer pet peeves, the things you wish people wouldn’t do at a fest? Wear headdresses. Be violent or aggressive. Be rude or a jerk (festival security included). Consume alcohol from things that aren't designed for alcohol consumption.

Three songs that are on your festival pump up playlist? County Line by Cass McCombs on repeat.

Aussie weather can be a hectic force come festival season. So, if you had to choose: mud pit or dust bowl? Dust bowl. Showers are usually available in artist services if you ask nicely.

Which acts are you most excited to catch during your festival season? I'd love to see Lost Ragas again if they are playing anything that I'm playing at.
