With their John Kelly-designed bottle labels taking wry aim at the corporatisation of art, strong ties to Tasmania's convention-adverse Museum Of Old And New Art (Mona) and beers which redefine classic styles, it's clear this brewery spins a unique thread into Australia's colourful craft narrative.

Since its launch in 2005 Moo Brew has established five primary styles comprising a crisp Pilsner, a trophy-winning Hefeweizen, light-bodied Belgo, an American-style Dark Ale and a unique fusion Pale Ale.

These core beers are complemented by an anticipated seasonal selection. Right now you can still enjoy the Seasonal Stout (dubbed the "Velvet Sledgehammer" by its devoted patrons) at selected venues, with the Saison (farmhouse ale) due for release in a couple of months.
