Give us a short description your music: We're Nick Acquroff and Dominique Garrard. We tell brutally honest stories about people and life and sing harmonies.

What is the best thing musically that's happened to you/your band so far? We had an incredible year last year, touring nationally with Amy Shark, supporting Dope Lemon and Emma Louise, signing to Mushroom Records (100s + 1000s), and getting Feature Artist status on triple j Unearthed. 

What industry lessons would you like to take away from the BIGSOUND conference? I want to know how to stay sane between releases, and become better in the down times. 

Why should people come and see you among the many cool bands at BIGSOUND? We're playing new songs big band style with some brilliant musicians: Hayden Calnin, Lachie O'Kane (Dorsal Fins), Nick Krstic (Zombitches), Lawrence Greenwood (Whitley).

What acts are on your must see list at BIGSOUND? Alta, Angie McMahon, Braille Face, Confidence Man, Cub Sport, Hayden Calnin, Mansionaire, Total Giovanni.

What do you reckon your percentage mix of business vs partying will be at BIGSOUND? Is seeing a show while drinking business? If so, 70/30. If not, 50/50.

When and where is your BIGSOUND showcase? 5 Sep, Black Bear Lodge; 6 Sep, The Brightside.
