Give us a short description your music: Fast, heavy, dark and not your grandma's average band.

What is the best thing that's happened to you/your band so far? We're super excited about showcasing at this year's BIGSOUND Festival of course, although a past career highlight would have to be Soundwave Festival 2014.

Has the party side of the music industry been all you were hoping for so far in your career? Partying is always most enjoyable with other bands we play with, particularly on tour. We love getting social over one or two dozen beers.

What industry lessons would you like to take away from the BIGSOUND conference? Understanding how other likeminded industry professionals approach, manage and work towards achieving their musical goals.

What acts are you looking forward to checking out at the BIGSOUND showcase? Our friends Hollow World will be a standout no doubt! Also Circles, Columbus, Sanzu, DZ Deathrays, The Gooch Palms and Sydonia.

Why should people come and see you from amongst the many cool bands at BIGSOUND? Chronolyth have been rapidly building a reputation for putting on an animated show, particularly regarding Hamish as a frontman. Failure to command a crowd is never an option in his eyes.
