Album title? Compostela

Where did the title of your new album come from? It means 'field of Stars' in Spanish. I was in Spain right before writing this album and a lot of the imagery comes into my songs from there. 

How many releases do you have now? I have 5 full albums out and a few EPs. 

How long did it take to write/record? This album I wrote through the summer of 2013. We began recording in the fall and kept at it through the winter and spring. 

Was anything in particular inspiring you during the making? My mother died in 2012 and I went to Spain just after that, so moments of her come in and out through the album but in a sort of beautiful way. 

What's your favourite song on it? Bring Me A Rose. I wish Dolly Parton would sing it. 

Will you do anything differently next time? I will probably do a lot of things differently, because I love change and I want to grow with each album.
